The APW Wyott EG-24S, EG-36S, and EG-48S electric griddles are countertop units. EG-48S. width in: 48. The griddles have a positive-off snap-action thermostat for precise temperature control … a range of 150° F (66° C) to 450° F (232° C). The features list states 3–4 kilowatts per twelve-inch (305 mm) section of griddle, with individual controls for each section. The griddle is described as constructed in the U.S.A. with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel body. The griddle plate on the APW Wyott EG-24S, EG-36S, and EG-48S is 0.75 inch (19 mm) thick.
