The range is a 36"-wide, front-manifold sectional range with a 29-3/4"-wide plancha griddle, side and rear splashers, and grease drawer. Natural Gas. Each Southbend P36D-PPP unit has a 93,000 BTU/hour natural-gas input. Each sectional range burner is rated at 16,000 BTU on natural gas. The oven in oven-base models has a gas input of 45,000 BTU when using NAT gas. Standard-oven base Model 36D has two racks with five-position side rails;. The standard-oven interior is large enough (26" by 26-1/2") for sheet pans to fit either way. The Model 36D standard oven interior is 14 inches high. The standard oven in Model 36D has a thermostat temperature range ending at 550°F. The plancha griddle plate is 1/2 inch thick. The range's exterior finish has a front, sides, rear and exterior bottom constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
