The Doyon 1T1 is an electric deck oven. The Artisan Stone Deck Oven model 1T1 has one baking deck. The Doyon 1T1 has one 18 in × 26 in full-size sheet-pan capacity per deck. The control interface on the Doyon 1T1 deck oven is a touchscreen. The control on the Doyon 1T1 deck oven is programmable. The Doyon 1T1 has an independent steam tank per deck. The stone interior of the Doyon 1T1 oven is 3/4 in thick. Full stainless-steel construction. The Doyon 1T1 oven configuration has listed electrical input power of 5 kW at 240 V, 1 phase. The Doyon 1T1 oven configuration draws 21 A at 240 V and 1 phase. The Doyon 1T1 requires 1 in (25 mm) clearance around the sides. The oven must be installed with proper ventilation in accordance with the local building code. Doyon does not recommend direct venting this oven. Prior to operation a water filter system must be installed.
