The P32C-PPP sectional range has a plancha griddle top configuration. The P32C-PPP sectional range is 32 inches wide. The supplied plancha griddle on the 32-inch sectional range is 25-3/4 inches wide. The P32C-PPP sectional range has a cabinet-base base configuration. The plancha griddle on the 32-inch front-manifold sectional range has a gas input of 48,000 BTU on NAT gas. The plancha griddle has three control knobs. The plancha griddle's control knobs are manual. The range has a 5-inch-deep front rail, side and rear splashers, an increased-capacity removable stainless-steel grease drawer, stainless-steel front, sides, rear and exterior bottom, and a fully insulated lining and burner box. Plancha units have a raised griddle plate for easy cleaning of the cooking surface between loads. A 3-inch-wide collection area on the sides allows separation of waste for preparation of the next fare. The plancha griddle is a 1/2-inch-thick reinforced steel plate powered by cast-iron burners, providing fast preheat and recovery. A high-heat zone with maximum temperatures of 800°F is located on the front 2/3 of the plate for quick searing, with decreased temperatures on the rear 1/3 of the plate for product finishing.
