Bistro™ Restaurant Range. JBR-4-36G_LP. Cabinet Base – Propane. The Bistro restaurant range family has a heavy-duty classification. The JBR-4-36G range has a listed BTUS value of 192,000. The JBR-4-36G range has a listed width of 60 inches. The Bistro range's open-top burners are made of cast iron. Each Bistro range open-top burner is rated at 30,000 BTU. The open burners have 12-inch by 12-inch lift-off steel grates. The griddle has a 1-inch thick highly polished steel plate and one 24,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. Propane gas operating pressure is at least 10 inches W.C. and at most 14 inches W.C. The range must be connected with the gas appliance regulator supplied.
