The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN configuration has two ovens. The two ovens in the 6-2/1 GN + 6-2/1 GN capacity configuration hold 7 full size sheet pans per oven, with the page listing 7 + 7. The 6-2/1 GN + 6-2/1 GN capacity configuration supports 1/1 GN pans. The 6-2/1 GN + 6-2/1 GN capacity configuration supports 2/1 GN pans. The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN is specified for 480 V, 3Ph AC supply. The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN uses 22.3 kW power consumption in the bottom oven. The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN uses 22.3 kW power consumption in the top oven. ClimateControl provides an optimal cooking environment through control of air, heat, pressure and humidity levels. Its reversible fan is adjustable with 9 steps (20–100%), and humidity correction is accurate to 1/10 of a second. The cavity is made of 304/DIN 1.4301 steel, with seamless welding and rounded corners for airflow and cleaning. The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN oven can hold 1,500 recipes. The Invoq Stackit 2/1 GN oven's cleaning system is fully automatic.
