It combines two 33,000 BTU star burners, a 48-inch manual griddle on the right, and both a 45,000 BTU standard oven base and a 32,000 BTU convection oven base, so it fits high-volume line cooking, griddling, and baking in one floor unit. The range is 60.75" wide by 44.5" deep, uses 120V single-phase power for the convection motor, and includes stainless front/sides, cast-iron removable grates, standing pilots, battery spark oven ignition, and a factory regulator.
