The Southbend P36 ComboTop base configuration option A is Convection Oven. The Southbend Platinum sectional range is 36 inches wide. The Southbend 12-inch open-top configuration has two burners. Each burner in the Southbend 12-inch open-top configuration has a natural-gas input rating of 35,000 BTU. gas input btu: 179000. gas type: natural gas. The convection oven has a porcelain enamel interior, three racks with five-position side rails, and a two-speed, ½ hp blower motor. The Southbend Model 36A oven has a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F. The Southbend sectional range has a 1-inch rear gas connection. All sectional units require a regulated gas supply (a pressure regulator must be ordered separately). If using a flexible-hose gas connection, the inside diameter of the hose must not be smaller than the connector on the unit and must comply with ANSI Z21.69, providing an adequate means of restraint to prevent undue strain on the gas connection. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 7 in W.C. for natural gas. The exterior finish is #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel on the front, sides, rear and exterior bottom.
