The Southbend KEPS-20F/30F/40F/60F steam kettle is a pedestal kettle. KEPS-60F. The KEPS-60F kettle has a capacity of 60 gallons (227 liters). The steam jacket of the Southbend Steam KEPS-20F, KEPS-30F, KEPS-40F, and KEPS-60F kettle surrounds the full kettle. The KEPS-60F kettle has a 24 kW standard input-power rating. The 24 kW, 3-phase electrical configuration has a rated voltage of 240 V. The controls include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low-water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low-water shutoff. The interior liner is standard with 316 stainless steel for high-acid-content cooking. Construction is all-welded #4-finish type 304 stainless steel.
