Southbend’s Ultimate Series 4601AA-3CR_LP is a 60-3/4" wide freestanding commercial gas range with a 37" high cooking surface, built for indoor high-volume kitchen use. It combines four patented non-clog cast iron burners, a 36" charbroiler on the right, and a two-convection-oven base, so it fits operations that need grilling, range cooking, and baking in one floor unit rather than a compact line piece. It runs on propane with 115V/3-phase electrical for the convection fans, delivers 292,000 total BTUs, and includes stainless steel front/sides, removable cast iron grates, a front gas shutoff, factory regulator, and standing pilot/battery spark ignition.
