Each Bakers Pride EP series oven chamber has one Cordierite deck. Each deck of the listed EP 5736 ovens has a deck size of 57 in (1448 mm) wide. Each deck of the listed EP 5736 ovens has a deck size of 36 in (914 mm) deep. The Bakers Pride Superdeck Series EP ovens use electric heating. The 5736-model EP ovens are specified for 208 V, 1 phase. The controls of all listed EP 3836 and EP 5736 ovens have a highest thermostat setting of 650°F (343°C). The controls of all listed EP 3836 and EP 5736 ovens have a lowest thermostat setting of 300°F (149°C). The heating elements in Bakers Pride EP series pizza ovens are independently controlled. The EP series is constructed with a heavy-duty angle iron frame, fully welded to allow stacking up to three ovens to increase production without sacrificing space. The oven exteriors are heavy-duty stainless steel and fully insulated for cooler outer temperatures and consistent interior temperatures.
