It combines (2) star/sauté burners in front, (2) 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear, and (4) patented 40,000 BTU non-clog Pyromax burners, plus a stainless cabinet base instead of an oven base for under-range storage. At 60.75" wide x 34" deep x 59.5" high, with cast-iron grates, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for oven bases, manual gas shut-off, and factory regulator, it suits heavy-duty restaurant kitchens that need serious open-burner capacity without a built-in oven.
