Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range (model 4601AA-2CR_LP) is a heavy-duty freestanding floor range with a 60.75" x 42.13" footprint and 59.5" overall height, built for high-volume kitchen production. It has six non-clog cast-iron open burners, a 24" charbroiler on the right, and two convection oven bases, all on propane with 326,000 total BTU; the ovens run on 115V, 3-phase, and each oven has three racks, a 175°F–550°F thermostat, and can be switched to standard oven mode. Stainless front/sides, removable cast-iron grates, standing pilots, front manual gas shut-off, and optional casters make it a fit for a busy restaurant line or banquet kitchen that needs range, broiler, and double-oven capacity in one unit.
