The Blodgett CTB/CTBR half-size convection oven is available in a double-compartment configuration. The double CTB/CTBR arrangement includes two oven compartments. Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment supports 13 x 18 in standard half-size bake pans. Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment has nine rack positions. The CTB/CTBR oven's temperature-control range is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C) per oven section. The CTB/CTBR oven uses electric heating. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control is manual.
