Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4606AD-2TR_NG, set up as a heavy-duty 5-burner/top-line unit with (3) 33,000 BTU star burners in front and (2) Pyromax burners in back, plus a 24" thermostatic griddle on the right. It’s a floor model for high-volume line cooking, running on natural gas with 304,000 total BTU and 120V single-phase power for the oven base; the convection oven base has a 175°F–550°F thermostat, 3 racks, and a 1/2 hp blower, with battery spark ignition for the oven bases. Stainless front/sides, cast iron grates, a front gas shutoff, and the choice of oven base make it suited to full-service kitchens that need burners, griddle work, and oven capacity in one 60" footprint.
