Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range (model 4602AD-7R_NG) is a freestanding commercial range for high-volume kitchens, with a 60.75" W x 43.6" D x 59.5" H footprint and 345,000 total BTU on natural gas. It combines four 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with wavy cast grates plus four 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners, and includes both a 45,000 BTU standard oven and a 32,000 BTU convection oven base, making it suited to operations that need heavy range-top output and dual-oven capacity. It runs on 120V, 3-phase power for the oven components, has stainless front and sides, a front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the oven bases, and optional casters and other accessories.
