The LANG Model ECOD-AT2M convection oven assembly consists of two oven units. The two oven units in the LANG Model ECOD-AT2M convection oven assembly are stacked. Each oven unit in the LANG Model ECOD-AT2M convection oven assembly has a capacity of five full-size pans. The ECOD-AT2M and ECOF-AT2M double-oven models draw 74.2 A on three-phase power at 208 V. The construction features include a heavy-duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior, a stainless steel removable oven liner, and 2-inch insulation on six sides of the cooking compartment(s). The LANG marine convection ovens have two-speed fans. The control package for the LANG marine convection oven models ECOD-AT1M, ECOF-AT1M, ECOD-AT2M, and ECOF-AT2M includes a timer. The control package for the LANG marine convection oven models ECOD-AT1M, ECOF-AT1M, ECOD-AT2M, and ECOF-AT2M includes a thermostat. The LANG marine convection ovens have an operating temperature range of 150 to 450°F. The ovens comply with MIL-0-0043633E for both land-base and naval shipboard applications.
