The CTB/CTBR half-size electric convection oven uses electric heating. 5.6KW, 208V, 1PH. controls: solid state manual with separate dials to control thermostat and time. The CTB/CTBR oven's temperature-control range is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C) per oven section. The CTB/CTBR oven has a two-speed fan motor. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts standard half-size baking pans measuring 13 × 18 inches. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts the pans in a front-to-back orientation. Each CTB/CTBR oven section has nine rack positions.
