The Southbend P16C-P sectional range has a cabinet-base configuration. The Southbend P16C-P sectional range is configured with a plancha griddle. The plancha griddle is a 1/2 in thick reinforced steel plate powered by cast iron burners, providing fast preheat and recovery. Its high-heat zone, with maximum temperatures of 800°F, is on the front 2/3 of the plate for quick searing; temperatures are decreased on the rear 1/3 for product finishing. The P16C-P model has a natural-gas input of 16,000 BTU/hour. gas type: natural gas. The P16-P sectional range uses battery spark ignition. The range has one control knob. The cabinet base is stainless steel and has a removable door that can hinge on the right or the left. The exterior finish has front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
