DFG-50 Base Section. Each DFG-50 oven compartment accepts five standard half-size bake pans measuring 13 x 18 in. The oven uses a Dual Flow Gas system that combines direct and indirect heat. Each DFG-50 oven section has a maximum gas input of 27,500 BTU/hr (8.1 kW). The DFG-50 gas supply inlet pressure range for natural gas is 7.0 in. W.C. minimum to 10.5 in. W.C. maximum. controls: solid state manual with separate dials to control thermostat and timer. The Blodgett DFG-50 oven thermostat has a temperature-control range of 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C).
