Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range for commercial use, with a convection oven base and cabinet base rather than a plain open-burner range. The cooktop is 60.75" wide and uses 343,000 BTU total on natural gas, with a mix of (4) 33,000 BTU star burners and (2) Pyromax rear burners, so it fits high-volume line cooking and sauté work more than a small café line. It is a floor unit with stainless front/sides, cast iron grates, standing pilots, front manual gas shut-off, and a 115V convection oven with 3 racks and 175°F–550°F thermostat; cabinet base doors are optional at no charge.
