The Bakers Pride 451-DSP is a full-size gas freestanding deck oven, built for display cooking and exhibition kitchens rather than a compact countertop or convection application. It runs on propane, delivers 80,000 BTUH, and has a 36" x 52" x 72" footprint with an 8" deck height, making it a high-output floor unit that can be double-stacked; it also has a 300–650°F range and independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers. Key differentiators are the all-stainless exterior, aluminized steel interior, fully insulated spring-balanced doors, and the option for black-powder-coated panels, hardwood handles, and tile/stone skirt mounting around a decorative facade.
