Imperial’s IR-4-G12T-EW is a 36" freestanding electric range with a standard oven, set up for high-use commercial kitchens rather than light-duty line work. It combines four sealed wafer electric elements with a 12" thermostatic griddle over one oven, runs on 240V/3-phase with 23.3 kW and a dedicated circuit, and has a 36" x 35.875" x 42" footprint on 6" legs with adjustable feet. Key comparison points are the sealed wafer plates with 650°F max temperature, infinite heat controls, stainless construction, removable grease can/grease trough, and porcelainized oven interior with a 26.5" x 26" x 14" chef-depth cavity for standard sheet pans; 480V is available as an option.
