The unit is gas-fired with 120V, 3-phase electrical for the oven system, features stainless front/side panels, manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilots, and battery spark ignition, and it includes a right-side oven cavity that holds full-size pans; install clearances are 10" on the sides and rear.
