The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is a single-deck oven. PCE75S/SI-PRO. Each oven has 11 rack positions. Five wire racks are provided with each oven. The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is heated by electric heating elements. The oven electrical system is available at 240 VAC. The SC standard controls have a lowest stated temperature of 140°F. The SC standard controls have a highest stated temperature of 500°F. The SC standard controls use a solid-state thermostat. The convection fan has two selectable speeds. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top; its oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish. The control panel is patented as a “plug-in, plug-out” panel for easy servicing, and it slides out for full-view servicing.
