The Globe FS12 and FS14 flywheel slicers are hand-operated flywheel slicers. Traditional hollow ground chrome-plated carbon steel precision knife. Fully hand-operated, no electrical connection required. The Globe FS12 and FS14 flywheel slicers allow precision slice adjustment up to 3/32 in (2.5 mm). The FS12 slicer is equipped with a ring guard around the blade. The FS12 slicer has a built-in blade sharpener. Made of aluminum and steel with a vintage red enamel finish, the flywheel slicer is designed for rapid cleaning and meets the most demanding sanitation requirements. The Globe FS12 and FS14 flywheel slicers are ETL sanitation listed. The Globe FS12 and FS14 flywheel slicers conform to NSF/ANSI Standard 2. The FS12 slicer has an overall height of 29.13 in (74 cm). The FS12 slicer has an overall depth of 28.34 in (72 cm). The FS12 slicer has an overall width of 23.62 in (60 cm).
