The Blodgett MARK V-100 is an electric convection oven. The MARK V-100 oven is offered in a double-compartment arrangement. Each MARK V-100 compartment accepts five 18 x 26 in standard full-size bake pans. The standard Artisan Touchscreen Control with meat probe allows Manual Cooking, Recipe Cooking, Cook and Hold, Core Probe Cooking, Fan Delay, and Fan Pulse. 480V, 3PH. The MARK V-100 has a full angle-iron frame; a stainless steel front, top and sides; and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom. The MARK V-100 solid state thermostat has a temperature control range … 500°F (260°C). Each MARK V-100 oven section has eleven rack positions. The MARK V-100 oven interior is 29 in (737 mm) wide. The MARK V-100 oven interior is 24-1/4 in (616 mm) deep. The MARK V-100 oven interior is 20 in (508 mm) high. The illustrated double MARK V-100 arrangement is 70-5/8 in (1794 mm) high.
