The cooker is a pressure compartment cooker with an electric steam boiler, mounted on a cabinet base. EC-2S. The EC-2S cooker has 2 compartments. The cabinet has hinged doors and a full-perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter, and boiler mountings; the cabinet is specified as stainless steel with a #4 finish, type 304. The compartment doors have removable inner liners of aluminum plate, full-perimeter gasket seals, one-piece welded stainless-steel outer shells, and wheel-and-screw closing mechanisms.
