The CTB/CTBR half-size electric convection oven uses electric heating. CTBR-ADDL. Additional Section. CTBR models follow the same specifications as CTB, except that the door opens on the right side and the controls are on the left side. model family: ctbr follows the same specifications as ctb; all data is shown per oven section. Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment supports 13 x 18 in standard half-size bake pans. Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment has nine rack positions. The CTB/CTBR oven's temperature-control range is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C) per oven section. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control has separate dials for thermostat and time control. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is listed for 208 V, 60 Hz, three-phase supply. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is rated at 5.6 kW per oven section. The oven has a full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back; a dual-pane thermal glass window encased in a stainless steel door frame; a single chrome-plated door handle; a tilt-down modular front control panel; and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom.
