Middleby/Pitco Solstice CRTE Twist Lock is an electric countertop rethermalizer, not an oven or fryer, built for holding/reheating soups and similar foodservice items. It has a 6.0-gallon full tank, heats up to 4 soups at once, and uses 5.0 kW single-phase power with a NEMA L6-30 twist-lock plug, so it fits a compact indoor countertop application rather than a high-volume floor unit. Comparison points are the front drain with 3/4" quick disconnect valve, manual water fill, digital temperature display, high-temperature protection, 316 stainless steel tank/stainless cabinet, and the included soup racks and drain hose; it requires professional installation and drain line connection.
