Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range for indoor commercial use, this is a natural-gas, floor-standing 5-burner setup with a 24" raised griddle/broiler and a convection oven base plus cabinet storage base. It combines (2) rear Pyromax burners and (3) front 33,000 BTU star burners for a 244,500 total BTU platform, so it fits higher-volume line cooking, griddling, and oven work rather than light-duty counter use. The unit is 60-3/4" wide with stainless front/sides, cast iron grates, standing pilot/open burners, battery spark ignition for the oven, and a 115V, 3-phase electrical connection for the oven blower and controls.
