Each French plate on the Lang R36C-M* Series electric range with the ATAM top configuration is 8 inches in diameter. The R36C-M* Series range's ATAM top configuration includes one griddle. The Lang R36C-ATAM range griddle plate has two thermostats. The convection oven base on each listed R36C configuration holds 6 18” x 26” sheet pans. The oven thermostat for the Lang R36C-M* Series range convection oven has a temperature range of 150–450°F. The range has a heavy-duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior with an attractive No. 4 finish. The Lang R36C-M* Series range is Marine UL Listed. The R36C range must be installed under an approved ventilation hood.
