Superdeck Series 7-inch deck height electric ovens; Series: EP. EP-2-8-5736. EP-2-8-5736 ovens each have two decks. Each Bakers Pride EP series oven chamber has one Cordierite deck. Each deck of the listed EP 5736 ovens has a deck size of 57 in (1448 mm) wide. Each deck of the listed EP 5736 ovens has a deck size of 36 in (914 mm) deep. The 5736-model EP ovens are specified for 208 V, 3 phase. The 5736-model EP ovens draw 39 A on L2 at 208 V, 3 phase. The 5736-model EP ovens draw 35 A on L3 at 220/240 V, 3 phase. The heating elements in Bakers Pride EP series pizza ovens are independently controlled. The EP series is constructed with a heavy-duty angle iron frame, fully welded to allow stacking up to three ovens to increase production without sacrificing space. The oven exteriors are heavy-duty stainless steel and fully insulated for cooler outer temperatures and consistent interior temperatures.
