For the PCEB-PRO-DOUBLE ventless option, a hood is not required. Each Platinum PRO Series oven has 11 different rack positions. The Platinum PRO Series touchscreen controls have a temperature range of 150°F to 550°F. The Platinum PRO Series TC-Touchscreen Controls’ oven-group “Rack” mode permits cooking multiple items at once on different timers. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top. The oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish.
