Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range, model 4602DC-3CR_NG, is a freestanding commercial range with a standard oven base and cabinet base, set up for natural gas. It combines (4) 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with continuous wavy cast grates, a 36" charbroiler on the right, and a 45,000 BTU standard oven with a 175°F–550°F thermostat range, so it fits high-volume line cooking plus roasting and baking in a full-service kitchen. At 60.75" wide and 34" deep, it’s a floor range for indoor installation with 249,000 total BTUs, stainless front and sides, standing pilots on the top burners, battery spark ignition for the oven, and a cabinet base for storage.
