Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range (model 4605DC-2TR_LP) is a floor range with standard oven base, built for high-volume line work. It combines three front non-clog 33K burners, two rear Pyromax burners, a 24" thermostatic griddle on the right, and a 45,000 BTU standard oven for a 272,000 BTU total on propane, so it fits busy restaurant kitchens that need both open-top and griddle production.
