The Platinum PRO electric convection oven is a single-deck oven. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCEB-PRO oven. The oven has 11 different rack positions in each oven. Each oven is provided with 5 wire racks. input kw: 7.5. voltage: 240. plug type: field wired per local code. The touchscreen-control digital display shows time and temperature. Touchscreen-control recipes can be created and used in oven group 'Rack' mode to cook multiple items at once on different timers. The touchscreen-control version has a 150°F to 550°F temperature-controller range. The oven has a 2-speed fan motor.
