Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding commercial gas range, model 4604CC-3CL_LP, set up for propane with 228,000 total BTUs and a floor footprint of 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H. It’s a high-output cookline unit with four open burners—two star/sauté burners in front and two 33K standard burners in back—plus a 36" charbroiler on the left and two cabinet bases below for storage, so it fits high-volume line production where searing, grilling, and sauce work all need to happen on one station. Built with stainless front/sides, cast iron grates, standing pilots, manual gas shut-off, and a factory regulator; install is indoor only and requires professional gas hookup with 10" clearances on the sides and rear.
