Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4602AD-7L_LP, built for high-volume commercial kitchens. It combines a 60.75" wide top with four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners on continuous wavy grates and four 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners, plus a 45,000 BTU standard oven base and a 32,000 BTU convection oven base; total input is 345,000 BTU. This propane unit is indoor only and needs 120V/3PH power for the convection oven motor and ignition, so it fits a full-service line where you want a large range with both standard and convection baking capacity.
