The Southbend 32-inch sectional range has a standard 1-1/4-inch front gas manifold. The Southbend 16-inch hot top has two burners. The burners in the Southbend 16-inch hot top are rated at 18,000 BTU on LP fuel. The control knob for the Southbend 16-inch hot top burners is a high/low control knob. The plates on the Southbend 16-inch hot top are removable. The range has a stainless steel front and sides, a fully insulated lining and burner box, and a 9-1/4-inch deep front rail. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The Model 32C has a stainless steel cabinet base with two removable doors that open from the center. P32 models configured for propane require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in. W.C. Each P32 unit's rear gas connection has a 1-inch connection size.
