The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is a single-deck oven. Each oven has 11 rack positions. The rack guides provide rack positions spaced on 1-5/8 in centers. Five wire racks are provided with each oven. The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is heated by electric heating elements. The oven is available with three-phase electrical supply. The oven electrical system is available at 240 VAC. The oven heating elements are available with a combined rating of 7.5 kW. The SC standard controls have a lowest stated temperature of 140°F. The SC standard controls have a highest stated temperature of 500°F. The SC-Standard Controls’ cook timer has a 60-minute duration. The convection fan has two selectable speeds.
