Southbend Ultimate Series 60-3/4" freestanding gas range in propane, built as a high-volume floor unit with two standard oven bases, four Pyromax open burners, and a 24" charbroiler on the left. It’s a 314,000 BTU package with stainless front/side construction, cast iron grates, standing pilots on the top burners, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and ovens sized for full-size pans with 175°F–550°F control, so it fits busy line cooking, roasting, and broiling where one range has to do multiple jobs. At 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H and 1075 lb, it needs professional install and side/rear clearances, and it’s the heavier-duty alternative to a standard single-oven range when more oven capacity and grill surface are needed.
