Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range, model 4603DC-4GR_LP, is a freestanding commercial range with a standard oven base, not a convection or combi unit. It combines (2) 33,000 BTU star burners, a 48" manual griddle on the right with a 1/2" cold-rolled steel plate, and a 45,000 BTU standard oven, for 191,000 total BTU; that makes it a high-output floor unit for busy line cooking, sauté, and griddle production. It runs on propane, measures 60.75"W x 34"D x 59.5"H, and includes stainless front/sides, cast iron grate tops, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the oven base, a front manual shut-off, and a factory-installed regulator.
