Imperial® Spec Series IHR-6-EW-M is a 36" wide heavy-duty countertop electric wafer plate range, not a fry or oven unit, built as a modular top without a base or legs. It has six thermostatic-controlled wafer plates total—three 12" x 12" in front and three 13" rear plates—with 22.5 kW total on 208V, 3-phase power, 64 amps, and a 650°F max surface temperature, so it fits high-volume commercial kitchens needing fast, flexible cooking on a compact countertop footprint. The sealed heating elements, solid top, 3.25" stainless landing ledge, and infinite heat controls are the main service features, and the available caster/base/oven-rack accessories mean it can be configured into a larger service setup if needed.
