Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4602CC-4TL_LP, is a propane, indoor-only commercial range with a 60.75" W x 34" D footprint and a 59.5" high body. It has two 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with continuous wavy grates plus a 48" thermostatic griddle on the left, for a 134,000 BTU total, and replaces ovens with two stainless cabinet bases for under-range storage. Built with stainless steel front and sides, a manual front gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilots for the top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases, it suits high-volume line cooking and griddle work where floor space, storage, and heavy-duty burner output matter.
