The Globe SPC40 is a floor mixer. The mixer comes with a 40 qt stainless steel bowl, aluminum flat beater, stainless steel wire whip, aluminum dough hook and non-slip rubber feet. It has an interlocked removable stainless steel bowl guard with a fully welded ingredient chute, a #12 attachment hub and an interlocked bowl lift. The SPC40 planetary floor mixer is offered with an electrical rating of 220/60/1. draws 12 amps in the 220/60/1 configuration. The front-mounted touch pad controls include last-batch recall. The Globe 40 Quart Planetary Floor Mixer (SPC40) has three fixed speeds. The mixer is constructed of a rigid cast iron body with front-mounted controls. It has a custom-built motor with overload protection and a gear-driven, high-torque, permanently lubricated transmission consisting of heat-treated hardened steel alloy gears and shafts.
