Category: Upright Broilers. The base configuration of the Southbend P32C-32B is a cabinet base. The broiler grid is 24-1/2 inches wide and 28 inches deep, and easily rolls out 17-1/4 inches. Each P32C-32B unit has a natural-gas input rating of 110,000 BTU/hr. The broiler has two radiant broiler burners with separate controls and fully insulated lining and burner boxes. Cabinet-base models have stainless steel cabinets with dual side-by-side removable doors. The P32 warming oven is 25 inches wide by 25 inches deep and is located on top of the broiler. The warming oven is heated by broiler flue gases.
