Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4605AA-2GL_LP, is a propane, indoor-only commercial range with two convection oven bases, aimed at high-volume kitchens that need both range-top output and oven capacity. The 60-3/4" x 44-1/2" footprint has a 37" high cooking top and combines three 33K front burners with two Pyromax rear burners, a 24" left manual griddle with 1/2" cold-rolled plate, and a total 291,000 BTU input. It uses 115V, 3-phase electrical with NEMA 5-15 plug for the oven bases, has stainless front and sides, removable cast iron grates, standing pilots, a front manual gas shut-off, and factory-installed regulator; clearances are 10" on the sides and back.
