Southbend Ultimate Series 60-3/4" propane freestanding gas range with a 37" high cooking top, built for high-capacity commercial kitchens and all-day use. It pairs (2) 33,000 BTU star burners with a 48" thermostatic griddle on the left and two standard oven bases at 45,000 BTU each; the ovens fit full-size pans both ways and have a 175°F–550°F thermostat range, making it a heavy-duty floor range for mixed sautéing, griddling, and baking in high-volume service.
