The CSE-6-SB steamer holds 12 pans at 1-inch pan depth. The CSE-6-SB steamer holds 4 pans at 4-inch pan depth. The CSE-6-SB steamer holds 2 pans at 6-inch pan depth. The CSE-6-SB 9.8 kW configuration draws 11.8 amps at 480V, 3 PH. The CSE-4-SB and CSE-6-SB electric counter steamers use a clean-water reservoir system. The CSE-4-SB and CSE-6-SB electric counter steamer cooking chambers are made of 300 Series stainless steel. The controls on the CSE-4-SB and CSE-6-SB electric counter steamers pull out.
